    About the role#

    HealthCorps is seeking a Marketing and Communications intern to support our mission of improving youth health and wellness. In this role, you will help share the impact of our programs by creating digital content, managing regional social media, and assisting with outreach materials. You will work closely with regional staff and mentors to connect students, educators, and community members to our work.

    What you'll do#

    • Support content collection and storytelling projects for digital communications and social media.
    • Visit local school sites to capture stories and content from Teens Make Health Happen clubs.
    • Manage regional social media channels by creating and publishing content.
    • Assist with the development of communications materials for students, families, and partners.
    • Help create and update marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
    • Track engagement analytics and assist in reporting on the impact of marketing efforts.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public health, business administration, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • Familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Creative problem-solving skills.
    • Basic photography, image, and video editing skills.
    • Ability to travel to assigned sites within Northern Arizona.

    • Location: Flagstaff, Arizona.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Modality: Hybrid.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship providing a learning stipend.
    • Commitment: 8 hours per week.
