About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Irvine, California for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site and gain hands-on experience with core HR operations and strategic functions.
What you'll do#
- Partner with HR Business Partners to manage employee lifecycle activities like interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Act as the primary contact for the Irvine HR office.
- Work alongside Centers of Excellence on projects involving payroll, talent acquisition, and benefits.
- Support initiatives that build inclusivity and collaboration across the company.
- Observe and participate in cross-functional team projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- You have a clear interest in building a career in the HR field.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You work well in a team environment.
