    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Mentor, Ohio, focusing on the development of adhesives and sealants within our Adhesive Technologies business unit. The role runs from May 24th to August 13th.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the formulation and preparation of product batches in a lab environment.
    • Use new technologies and raw materials to develop adhesives and sealants.
    • Apply standardized methodologies to test product performance and quality.
    • Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends and potential improvements.
    • Collaborate with senior technologists to discuss your findings.
    • Contribute to product innovation through hands-on experimentation and research.

    What you'll need#

    • Current undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028.
    • Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and organize lab work with guidance.
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
    • High attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.

    • Compensation: $22-$27 per hour.
