About the role#
This Marketing Specialist I position is open exclusively to current or former HNTB interns. You will join the Great Lakes Division in Milwaukee to support strategic pursuits and division-wide marketing efforts. This is a full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Write and organize marketing materials and proposals for strategic pursuits.
- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistent messaging.
- Support the presentation phase of pursuits.
- Prepare materials for internal and external client meetings and participate in team meetings.
- Coordinate public relations activities, including writing press releases, newsletter articles, and managing project award submissions.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, four years of relevant experience will be accepted.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook.
- A basic understanding of CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience researching and compiling data on clients, markets, and communities.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience reviewing documents and implementing edits based on stated requirements.
