About the role#
This position is for nursing students graduating in Summer 2027. You will begin your tenure as a Nurse Extern II during your final semester of school. Upon obtaining your nursing license, you will transition into a full-time Registered Nurse position.
What you'll do#
- Perform duties as a Nurse Extern II during your last semester of school.
- Transition into a nursing career as a Registered Nurse once licensed.
- Work 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule from 7pm to 7am.
- Serve patients within the Medical-Surgical or Emergency Department units.
What you'll need#
- Graduation from an accredited and approved school of nursing.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work without employment visa sponsorship.
- A Bachelor degree in Nursing is preferred, as is prior healthcare experience.
