About the role#
This is a 10 to 12-week summer internship program based in Solon, Ohio. You will gain corporate experience while working on New Product Development projects. The role involves applying your engineering knowledge to design, testing, and development tasks. You will manage multiple projects and contribute to initiatives as they move through the development pipeline.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to on-the-job engineering tasks.
- Assist with process improvement projects.
- Support co-workers and collaborate in a professional team environment.
- Manage multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines.
- Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.
- Build professional relationships and learn about different parts of the business.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
