About the role#
This is a 10 to 12-week summer internship program based in St. Louis. You will work on finance and pricing operations, focusing on automation and process improvement to support our business goals. You will manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with team members across the organization. At the end of the program, you will deliver a presentation to the local management team.
What you'll do#
- Automate and improve customer pricing index model updates.
- Develop tools and processes that reduce manual work and streamline commodity refreshes.
- Improve the consistency and accuracy of pricing files.
- Create scalable solutions to support customer pricing activities and reduce operational risk.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
- Gain experience in pricing analytics, data management, and process improvement.
- Build professional relationships and learn about different parts of the business.
- Manage multiple overlapping tasks while working with minimal supervision.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong skills in Excel, VBA, and Power Query.
- Experience with pricing analytics, data analysis, or commodity-based index models.
- Ability to work with complex datasets and process automation tools.
- Familiarity with customer pricing agreements and pricing operations.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and expected graduation date.
