    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in St. Louis, Missouri. You will join our engineering team to work on projects that support grid modernization and electrification. This program runs for 10 to 12 weeks and provides hands-on experience in a professional environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Design and implement an automated self-healing framework for the Grid Automation Data Ingestion and Analytics Platform.
    • Monitor Service Fabric and Databricks streaming workloads proactively.
    • Identify system health issues and execute automated remediation actions.
    • Manage and complete value-added engineering projects.
    • Deliver a presentation to the local management team at the end of your program.

    What you'll need#

    • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
    • Practical experience working with REST APIs.
    • Familiarity with source control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
