About the role#
IAA Credit Union (IAACU) is a member-focused credit union established in 1951 to serve the Illinois Farm Bureau family of companies. The marketing team supports the credit union through brand awareness, member engagement, and strategic goals. You will work alongside various departments to contribute to campaigns and projects that inform and educate members and employees.
What you'll do#
- Assist with social media marketing by creating content, designing graphics, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement.
- Coordinate and support internal and member-facing events, including planning, logistics, and on-site assistance.
- Develop, edit, and proofread content for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, and print materials.
- Collaborate with departments across the credit union to support strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, event planning, or a related field.
- A graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.
- Ability to work full-time from late May 2027 to early August 2027.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and attend to details.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, Google Analytics, SEO, photography, or website management is helpful but not required.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
