About the role#
Frontier Cooperative is hiring a Marketing and Outreach Intern for Summer 2027. This role offers hands-on experience in communications, recruitment, and community engagement. You will help tell the story of agriculture and promote career paths within the cooperative. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Lincoln, Nebraska.
What you'll do#
- Write articles, employee spotlights, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing and recruitment.
- Help plan and run company events, including community outreach and engagement activities.
- Support recruitment efforts by using social media and attending networking events.
- Brainstorm new ways to engage students about career opportunities and internships.
What you'll need#
- Interest in the agricultural industry.
- Experience using social media platforms.
- Strong creative writing and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or interest in creative design and editing software.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or Agriculture.
- Ability to work in a professional office setting, manage your time well, and collaborate with a team.
