About the role#
This 10-week internship offers a look at life as a Hardware Engineer at IMC. You will work with a mentor who oversees your projects and professional growth. Interns who meet performance expectations may be considered for a full-time Graduate Hardware Engineer position after the program concludes.
What you'll do#
- Improve your knowledge of algorithm complexity, professional design, and coding.
- Contribute to meaningful and challenging projects.
- Attend classroom-based training on financial markets, IMC technology, and hardware design.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Join a full schedule of social activities and events throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current university student graduating between September 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, or other RTL programming. Experience with C++ or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in solving complex problems programmatically.
- A desire to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Interest in financial markets. Previous knowledge is not required.
