About the role#
As a Cash Application Analyst co-op, you will join the team responsible for managing premium and non-premium payments. You will work closely with the Billing, AR, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure payment accuracy and minimize customer impact. This role involves a mix of recurring tasks and specific projects.
What you'll do#
- Apply payments into the appropriate systems and reconcile them.
- Manage daily tasks, some of which are deadline-driven.
- Complete a trending and analysis project focused on reducing unnecessary customer inquiries.
- Present your research findings and results to business partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- An Android or iOS device compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
