About the role#
This position supports the professional staff at the Ellsworth Equestrian Center. You will help manage the facilities before, during, and after educational and community events. This is a student, hourly role.
What you'll do#
- Clean and sweep stalls at the equestrian center.
- Feed, exercise, turn out, and monitor horses.
- Sanitize the facility after events and classes.
- Set out bedding and prepare maintenance equipment.
- Monitor the daily maintenance of the arena, activities, and facilities.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Good people skills and a helpful attitude.
- Ability to work with other students to finish tasks without constant supervision.
- Strong customer service skills when working with the public.
- Organizational skills and the ability to take direction.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new skills, including basic horse safety and equipment maintenance.

- This is an on-site role.
- Employment is on a rolling basis.
