About the role#
The ICSM Teaching Assistant supports the Innovation Scholars Ithaca Seminar. You will work directly with the instructor and students to help develop and implement campus innovation projects. This role is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support the instructor during and outside of class sessions.
- Help students conceive, refine, and implement short-term campus innovation projects.
- Provide guidance to students enrolled in the Innovation Scholar Program.
What you'll need#
- Completion of the ICSM Innovation Scholars course with a grade of A or above.
- A strong academic record with an interdisciplinary focus.
- Demonstrated reliability and communication skills.
- A strong interest in sustainability and social justice.
- Ability to commit to 24 hours of assistance throughout the semester.

- Pay: $16 per hour.
- Majors: Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, and Political Science.
