About the role#
The Recording Services Junior Manager position provides students with hands-on experience in a professional setting. You will work alongside the Recording Services Manager to support day-to-day operations and help student employees grow their professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Manage shift scheduling for student employees.
- Oversee technical operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Evaluate the quality of service offerings.
- Support the professional development of your peers.
- Collaborate directly with your supervisor on daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising Junior in the Sound Recording Technology degree program (B.M. or B.S.).
- Proven ability to handle scheduling and quality control tasks.
- A willingness to work closely with your supervisor.
