About the role#
Ithaca College is hiring a Swimming & Diving Team Office Assistant to support the Men’s and Women’s coaching staff and athletes. This is an on-site, paid position open to current students. We prefer candidates with Federal Work Study eligibility.
What you'll do#
- Help coaches with daily administrative tasks.
- Set up and break down equipment for team practices.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of uniforms, practice gear, and athletic equipment.
- Film team practices and meets.
- Track and record statistics during meets.
What you'll need#
- You must be a matriculating student at Ithaca College.
- Experience with general office software and responsibilities.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
- A flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Prior knowledge or experience with athletics is preferred.

- Pay rate: $16.00 per hour.
