About the role#
This work-study position supports the Enrollment Services team at the Kokomo campus. It is designed for students who want to build administrative and communication skills while helping their peers navigate the enrollment process.
What you'll do#
- Greet students and visitors and provide customer service.
- Give tours to prospective students and send personal follow-up notes.
- Maintain organized office spaces and keep admission materials updated.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, flyers, and event announcements.
- Coordinate special projects, including orientation sessions and workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at Ivy Tech with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Maintenance of an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
Location & details#
- Location: Kokomo, Indiana.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time with hours typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate your class schedule.
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
