About the role#
The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a summer internship designed to prepare graduate students for leadership roles. You will work on significant business projects with real-life implications and present your findings to senior leadership. This program focuses on professional growth through structured development, mentorship, and community building among interns.
What you'll do#
- Lead business projects that impact company operations.
- Present your analysis and results to senior leaders.
- Work as an integral member of a cross-functional team.
- Participate in events designed to build community among interns.
- Access formal leadership training and executive coaching.
What you'll need#
- You are in the first year of a full-time MBA or master's degree program and will graduate after September 2026.
- You have at least three years of relevant professional experience before starting your graduate degree.
- You are available for a full-time commitment of 8-12 weeks between June and September 2026.
- You are fluent in English and the language of the assignment country.
- You are legally authorized to work permanently in Canada without sponsorship.
- You have a background in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
