About the role#
Join the Member Services team for a summer internship designed to provide broad exposure to the Human Resources function. You will contribute to projects across various disciplines, gain insight into how HR supports business success, and build professional skills through hands-on experience. The program includes opportunities to job shadow, network, and participate in team-building activities.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, job posting administration, career fair preparation, and coordination of intern program initiatives.
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of HR resources, processes, documentation, and tools.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret HR-related data to support business decisions.
- Gain exposure to employment practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in HR projects and collaborate with leaders across the organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with junior or senior status preferred.
- A 3.5 minimum GPA is strongly preferred.
- Previous office, administrative, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HRIS, ERP, or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
