    About the role#

    This is a full-time co-op opportunity for students in Jacksonville, Florida, during the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. This position requires you to work on-site and is designed for students enrolled in a formal university co-op program that alternates between academic semesters and professional experience.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis for various projects.
    • Use technical software to analyze, produce, and perform quality control on project deliverables.
    • Solve problems and work with project managers across different disciplines.
    • Learn to use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, GIS, and Excel.
    • Build your knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations along with standard engineering practices.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
    • Eligible majors include Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, as well as Engineering Technology.

    • Location: Jacksonville, Florida.
    • This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
