About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the commercial functions of Kohler Co. You will work across teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Category Management. The program runs from May 2027 through August 2027 and focuses on building business acumen through real projects and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Research market, consumer, and competitive landscapes to help shape business strategies.
- Manage a key project from the initial scoping phase through to the final presentation.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, product initiatives, or sales strategies.
- Review sales and performance data to spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support initiatives throughout the customer journey.
- Present your findings and recommendations to team members and leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Strong foundational business acumen.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.

- Location: Kohler, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (Onsite 4 days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- This is a paid, full-time internship. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
