About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on look at Human Resources within a manufacturing environment. You will work on projects that support our people and business strategy while gaining exposure to areas like talent acquisition, employee experience, and total rewards. You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support HR Business Partners and leaders with daily HR policies and processes.
- Work with HR Operations and Compensation to drive talent and culture initiatives.
- Assist with the hiring process for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Help ensure a positive experience for candidates and associates.
- Participate in HRBP team meetings and present updates on your projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- An interest in Human Resources functions.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Kohler, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (onsite 4 days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
