About the role#
The Finance Internship at Kohler Co. offers early-career students a chance to contribute to real business projects. You will work within our finance organization to understand performance, analyze data, and help teams make informed decisions. This program mimics the structure of our Finance Leadership Development Program and provides hands-on experience over the summer.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial reporting and project work to support leadership decisions.
- Partner with finance and business teams to analyze trends and translate data into recommendations.
- Support investment analysis, process improvement, and strategic projects.
- Build technical finance skills while learning how finance connects to operations and commercial priorities.
- Present your project outcomes and findings to finance leaders and stakeholders.
- Participate in mentorship, networking, and cohort activities to support your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- The ability to analyze data trends and evaluate tradeoffs.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to various stakeholders.

- Location: Kohler, Wisconsin (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
