About the role#
The Digital Internship at Kohler Co. offers hands-on experience within our digital and business teams. This program runs for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027. You will work on projects that support our digital products, platforms, and business capabilities. You will gain exposure to how technology and data drive value across the company while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to digital, technology, data, and business projects that support our strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Support and enhance digital products, platforms, and applications to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Apply your academic knowledge to solve real-world business challenges.
- Present your project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings to leadership at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- An interest in digital products, platforms, and capabilities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

- Location: Kohler, Wisconsin (On-site, 4 days per week).
- Term: May 2027 through August 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
