About the role#
The Real Estate Internship is a 15-week program running from January 11 to April 23, 2027. This position is a paid, full-time opportunity based on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work alongside team members to support retail and digital marketing initiatives while gaining exposure to senior leadership through hands-on projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist managers with the development, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research on products, competitors, services, and internal processes.
- Manage data collection projects, including planning, gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Create reports and documentation to address specific inquiries.
- Provide support materials to stores and divisions upon request.
- Communicate project status updates and identify potential issues to your team.
- Participate in team meetings and share your feedback.
- Compile a final cumulative project summarizing your work to present to the leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across school, work, and extra-curricular activities.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience or coursework in digital marketing, data analysis, or tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and within a group setting.
- Legal work authorization in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
