About the role#
As an Electrical Engineering intern, you will join the Aeronautical Systems Engineering team. You will work on the design and development of electrical systems for military and commercial aircraft and ground stations. This role involves tasks across various aircraft platforms.
What you'll do#
- Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, and control panels using CAD tools.
- Research and prepare engineering drawings.
- Coordinate design activities with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams to meet requirements.
- Develop Avionics Systems, RF, LAN, Data Processing, and power distribution systems.
- Support the testing and integration of systems on aircraft.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Ability to travel to the flight line and work in aircraft hangar environments, including boarding and exiting aircraft.
- Willingness to travel.

- Location: Greenville, Texas.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to August 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule (80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off).
- Employment: Full-time and paid.
