About the role#
We are looking for a finance intern to join our pricing team in Greenville. You will support pricing efforts for government and commercial customers. This role involves preparing proposal inputs, creating cost and price volumes, and participating in audits. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our pricing meets all requirements.
What you'll do#
- Respond to assigned requests for proposal (RFP).
- Analyze RFPs to build compliant proposals and pricing data.
- Use current pricing rates, estimating factors, and cost buildup algorithms.
- Collaborate with peers, management, and proposal teams.
- Maintain data integrity and support our estimating systems.
- Ensure final submissions follow company policies and U.S. Government regulations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or Mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and SUM/IF formulas.
- Experience with Adobe Pro, Nitro PDF Pro, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Location & details#
- Location: Greenville, Texas.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule where you work 80 hours over 9 days, with every other Friday off.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
