About the role#
The School of Divinity at Liberty University hires student workers to provide academic and administrative support. You will work under the supervision of the Dean's office, a Department Chair, or an assigned professor. This position requires adherence to the campus dress code and code of conduct.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Dean's office with administrative tasks, projects, and events.
- Support professors in the classroom with grading and student communication.
- Create and edit documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Track student attendance using Tophat and update records in Canvas.
- Communicate with students through email and Canvas.
- Attend required departmental training sessions and events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in good standing at the university.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn and use the technical systems required for the role.
- Residency in the local area to work on-site.

- This role is based on-site in Lynchburg, Virginia.
- The position is part-time with rolling terms.
- This is a paid position.
