About the role#
This is an opportunity for students to gain clinical experience as an APRN student. You will work under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider to support our mental health services. This is a full-time, unpaid internship position based in Milton, Georgia.
What you'll do#
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
- Assist in developing treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited APRN program.
- Academic background in Nursing, Psychology, or Public Health.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Commitment to providing high-quality mental health care.
- Understanding of ethical and legal considerations in mental health.
