About the role#
The Supply Chain Summer 2027 Internship at Lincoln Electric offers students hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will work on projects that connect your academic background to real-world supply chain operations. The program includes mentorship, professional development workshops, and technical training.
What you'll do#
- Analyze supplier performance to find opportunities for cost reduction and lead time improvements.
- Investigate delivery issues to identify root causes and work with teams on corrective actions.
- Partner with operations teams to improve material staging and replenishment on the production floor.
- Perform cost-to-serve analysis for customer segments and present your findings.
- Support the rollout of a final mile visibility system, including process audits.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- An interest in working within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

- This internship is located in Cleveland, Ohio.
- The program runs from May 25th to August 6th, 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- A temporary housing stipend may be available for candidates residing outside the immediate area.
