About the role#
The ASPIRE program at Lorain County Community College is looking for a Student Worker to provide clerical and customer service support. You will help ensure the office runs efficiently by managing daily administrative tasks and assisting visitors and staff.
What you'll do#
- Assist students and staff in-person, by phone, email, or mail.
- Handle document filing and scanning.
- Provide customer service to program visitors.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all office tasks.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with standard office procedures.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency with computer software and common office equipment.
- One year of experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
