About the role#
The Help Desk Student Worker joins the Help Desk and Operations Team to provide technology support services to the campus community. This is a paid, on-site position with rolling terms.
What you'll do#
- Support desktop operating systems for Microsoft and Apple.
- Assist users with mobile devices including iOS and Android.
- Provide hardware support for DELL and Apple devices.
- Help maintain and support campus applications.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a minimum of six credit hours per semester.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A desire to think critically when solving problems.
- An interest in providing excellent customer service.
- Technical knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.
- This role is open to students in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or Graphic Design.
