About the role#
LV Collective is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the marketing and leasing efforts for Rambler Northgate, a student housing development near Texas A&M University. You will gain hands-on experience with content marketing, social media campaigns, and email marketing. This is a paid position requiring 15 to 25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Create content for the property website and learning center to drive traffic through search, social, and email.
- Write and edit articles covering the Texas A&M University lifestyle and off-campus living.
- Produce monthly email newsletters, handling the copywriting, design, and distribution.
- Update the website, focusing on blog posts and landing pages.
- Plan and direct photo and video shoots for social media and marketing materials.
- Appear on camera to answer questions about student living.
- Help recruit and select brand ambassadors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Texas A&M University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Residency in College Station, Texas.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a preference for experience in AP style.
- Proficiency in English, including grammar and usage.
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Location & details#
- This position is remote, though you must reside in College Station, TX to attend local events, photo shoots, and meetings.
- The internship runs from August 2026 to December 2026.
- Compensation is $15 per hour.
