About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the winter 2027 term, running from January to April. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing and work with a cross-functional team to support marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, growth, and retention for Mackenzie Investments.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of strategic marketing plans for multi-channel and multi-segment initiatives.
- Oversee and manage relevant webpages.
- Review business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the production of product and event support materials.
- Build and manage close relationships with key business partners to understand their strategies and priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program, with plans to return to school after the internship.
- An interest in a career within the financial industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, creativity, and an innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Ontario, Canada.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
- The salary range is $49,000 to $51,000 annually, prorated for the duration of the internship term.
