About the role#
The Value Delivery Office is hiring a full-time intern for the winter 2027 term. This position runs from January through April 2027. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and plan to return to school after the internship ends.
What you'll do#
- Support leadership meetings, town halls, and workshops by preparing agendas, scheduling, and tracking action items.
- Draft and update internal communications, presentations, and announcements.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support leadership reporting and engagement metrics.
- Use AI and Microsoft 365 tools to summarize meetings and create content.
- Coordinate volunteer activities, team-building initiatives, and town halls.
- Support onboarding by preparing materials and tracking milestones.
- Maintain SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and communication repositories.
- Assist with business planning, project tracking, and maintaining organizational calendars.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Human Resources, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business operations, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic or volunteer activities.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule.
