About the role#
Manulife is offering a Winter 2027 internship within the Global Wealth & Asset Management division. This program provides hands-on experience in business analysis, project support, and operational excellence. You will work with either the Product Documentation or Change Management teams to support business initiatives and improve internal processes. This is a full-time, paid position designed to build foundational skills for your career.
What you'll do#
- Catalogue and maintain product specifications and documentation repositories.
- Develop and update standardized templates to improve consistency and quality across product documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of change management tools, templates, and resources.
- Prepare communications, presentations, reporting materials, and change management artifacts.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Information Management, Project Management, Organizational Change, Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
