About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Summer 2027 term based in Canton, Ohio. You will work on-site and be paired with a mentor from our engineering staff. Your mentor will provide oversight and guidance as you work on assigned projects. You will also participate in career planning and development workshops.
What you'll do#
- Revise design drawings and handle conceptual design or scoping of work.
- Create bid documents and prepare bid reviews or comparisons.
- Perform field work, including equipment inspections and data gathering.
- Provide oversight for equipment installation.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time student at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- You need a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- You must have completed at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience using AutoCAD or Inventor is necessary.
