About the role#
Metallus Inc. is hiring a Process Control Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Canton, Ohio. You will work within a team environment to gain practical experience and contribute to manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal customers to identify necessary control system updates.
- Write new programs to support business objectives.
- Test and debug code to ensure system performance.
- Build and maintain SQL databases.
- Create documentation for control system equipment and functionality.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester is required.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related majors.
