About the role#
As a DRAM Lithography Intern, you will contribute to projects focused on advancing semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with engineers across Photolithography, Metrology, Dry Etch, and Wet Process teams to develop solutions for process optimization. You will complete technical projects with opportunities to apply data-driven approaches to manufacturing challenges.
What you'll do#
- Design and execute experiments to optimize photolithography processes, including EUV lithography and photoresist performance.
- Plan, run, and document experiments in a semiconductor cleanroom environment using advanced equipment.
- Analyze process images and manufacturing data using software tools.
- Support projects focused on photolithography simulations, process window optimization, overlay improvement, and critical dimension uniformity.
- Communicate project plans, technical findings, and recommendations through reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer, Industrial) or Data Science.
- Must be enrolled in an academic program and continuing education through Fall 2027.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills through coursework, research, or projects.
- Ability to work independently, manage project timelines, and deliver results in a team environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
