About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a 12-week internship within our Global Market Access team. You will work on projects focused on Vaccines and Infectious Diseases Access and Pricing. This role provides exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and the chance to contribute to work with global public health impact. You will receive mentorship and networking opportunities to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Complete one or more projects within the Vaccines and Infectious Diseases Access & Pricing team.
- Develop an understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
- Build practical skills in research, data analysis, and project management.
- Assist with strategy development and execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Public Health, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data to uncover insights.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to foster collaboration.
- A drive to learn and an interest in exploring new ideas.
- Ability to build relationships to achieve shared goals.
- Comfort working in environments that change frequently.
Location & details#
- Positions are located in Rahway, New Jersey, and North Wales, Pennsylvania.
- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is paid.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
