About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a 10 to 12 week internship within Global Engineering Solutions. You will work on the design, construction, and delivery of manufacturing facilities and laboratories. This role focuses on developing your technical, communication, and leadership skills in a professional engineering environment. You will receive support from an assignment manager, mentors, and a designated buddy throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Apply technical knowledge, data analysis, and troubleshooting to support manufacturing processes and facilities.
- Review project design deliverables, technical documentation, and equipment lifecycle activities.
- Assist with planning, tracking, and coordinating team work to meet schedule and budget expectations.
- Support construction, field, or operational activities while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Engage with vendors, construction personnel, and cross-functional teams to resolve questions and support execution.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Junior or Senior academic standing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Motivation, dependability, and an interest in manufacturing and project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and an inquisitive mindset.

- Locations: West Point, Pennsylvania; Rahway, New Jersey; or Wilmington, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
