About the role#
The IT Emerging Talent Summer Intern Program offers students the chance to work on one or more projects over a 12-week period. Interns join our Information Technology division to propose ideas and deliver solutions that support our global organization. This is a full-time, paid internship designed to provide professional development within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver services and technological solutions.
- Propose innovative ideas to enable new digital capabilities.
- Work on assignments focused on areas such as Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Development, Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, User Experience, or Automation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program with a graduation date after August 2027.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and related technology or science fields.
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn complex business environments and new concepts quickly.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous role and taking on tasks outside of your comfort zone.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work as a self-starter with limited supervision.
