About the role#
As a Summer Associate Instructional Designer, you will spend 12 weeks working with our team of learning professionals. This internship is designed for students who are curious about how people learn and motivated by data. You will receive mentorship while helping us organize feedback, identify patterns, and translate insights into practical recommendations that improve our learning solutions. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collect and organize learner feedback, assessment results, and facilitator observations.
- Analyze patterns and themes in feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
- Support the integration of our feedback framework into the learning curriculum.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for improving content, delivery, and assessments.
- Evaluate how learning supports knowledge transfer, behavior change, and sustained improvement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Ability to work with structured information, compare multiple inputs, and identify themes or trends.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize information clearly and explain findings.
- Interest in learning instructional design models, adult learning principles, and evaluation methods.
- Comfort learning new tools and organizing information.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, survey tools, LMS platforms, or eLearning tools is helpful.
