About the role#
As a fire protection engineering intern at Olsson, you will join our facilities engineering and design team. You will work alongside experienced engineers on large commercial, laboratory, university, and military projects. This role provides hands-on experience in the design and implementation of fire protection systems.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the design and implementation of fire protection systems.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of fire protection systems.
- Use Revit and AutoCAD to create construction documents and specifications.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in fire protection and safety engineering technology or a related engineering field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
