About the role#
As a Digital Technology Intern, you will gain hands-on experience using technology, data, automation, and emerging tools to solve real business challenges. Depending on your background and project assignment, you may work in areas such as data and analytics, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, low-code development, business systems, or technology governance. You will collaborate with professionals and business partners to understand needs, develop solutions, and explore how technology creates value across a global organization.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for technology to improve processes.
- Design, develop, test, and support digital solutions, applications, automations, and data products.
- Use data visualization tools to transform data into insights that support business decisions.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines and data models.
- Develop low-code applications using platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or ServiceNow.
- Support intelligent automation solutions including robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence.
- Explore emerging technologies such as generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, user testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Support technology operations including ticketing, user access, and process documentation.
- Assist with application controls, audit requirements, and technology inventories.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and cybersecurity professionals throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Apply Agile and project management practices to technology initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in using technology, data, and automation to solve business problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.
