About the role#
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will work with our Manufacturing Engineering department to support production goals and continuous improvement projects. You will report to the Manager of Manufacturing and contribute your own ideas to improve our processes.
What you'll do#
- Audit and update work instructions, routings, and bills of materials.
- Perform time studies and workstation analyses to boost productivity and quality.
- Provide technical support to production personnel.
- Assist with plant layout and workstation design.
- Use ERP software and create documentation for new product launches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Manufacturing, Welding Engineering Technology, Industrial, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field.
- Availability for the full duration of the summer 2027 internship.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Practical experience in welding, machining, or fabrication.
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- Positions are located in Appleton, Wisconsin, and Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
