About the role#
Oshkosh Corporation is hiring a Program Management Intern to support our defense operations. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will work on a rolling basis with our project teams to help manage technical and operational programs.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain project documentation, including risk and issues management, status reports, and quality assurance plans.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet program objectives.
- Plan and direct small projects from start to finish.
- Manage project scope, costs, timelines, and risks.
- Accept and delegate authority while setting priorities for delegated work.
- Monitor product quality and process control, suggesting improvements where you see them.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers, customers, and internal departments like engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- Your expected graduation date is December 2027 or later.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You possess excellent time management and organizational habits.

- Compensation: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour.
