About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program offers exposure to the Asset Management Group at PNC. You will work within one of our core business areas, including PNC Private Bank, Institutional Asset Management, or the Investment Office. The program is designed to provide real-world experience, professional development, and insight into how we deliver financial solutions to individual and corporate clients.
What you'll do#
- Perform or assist with core group activities, such as sales support, process management, or client interaction.
- Apply academic knowledge to drive business results and support internal projects.
- Participate in social learning, including networking with peers and business representatives.
- Engage in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach activities.
- Complete a group capstone presentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, or Actuarial Sciences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2026.
