About the role#
The Equipment Engineer Intern supports documentation and improvement projects for equipment maintenance. This role focuses on semiconductor manufacturing and provides exposure to a technical team environment.
What you'll do#
- Develop Power BI dashboards using WINSQL database and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to update existing documentation or create new procedures.
- Gain firsthand experience with equipment repairs, including daily maintenance, installs, and continuous improvement projects.
- Drive projects to increase equipment availability, reduce costs, and improve overall team efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, or a related semiconductor or manufacturing field.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Ability to communicate concepts and ideas clearly to teams.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
