About the role#
The Equipment Engineering Intern supports documentation and improvement projects for equipment maintenance. This role focuses on semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, and reporting within a technical team. The position is full-time and on-site for a duration of 12 to 13 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Use WINSQL database and reporting to develop Power BI dashboards.
- Work with Equipment Engineers to update existing documentation or create new procedures.
- Gain firsthand experience with equipment repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Drive projects to improve equipment availability, reduce costs, and increase team efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, or a related semiconductor or manufacturing field.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Technical writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate concepts and knowledge clearly to other individuals and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
